Connected Interiors offers four core packages for your home or room renovation. Don’t see the right package listed below? In-Home Design Consultation
Starting at $250
After our initial discovery call, Connected Interiors will provide a two-hour, in-home consultation service to discuss projects both big and small. During this session, we can work with you to address specific design challenges. You will receive a professional, fresh perspective and gain clear guidance on renovations, space planning, and decor. This consultation includes an ideal colour palette, paint options, suggestions for built-ins, window treatments, a lighting scheme, and plumbing fixtures.
Mini Design Package
Our mini design package is a 90-minute consultation over Zoom or on-site. We will provide you with a design consultation based on a previously-completed questionnaire and pictures (if the call is done virtually over Zoom) for one room in your home. This package is great for a single room that needs a refresh.
Connected Interiors will develop a cohesive plan, create a mood board, give you a detailed sourcing list and all you would need to implement the room makeover on your own! The deliverables may include paint recommendations, samples (where possible), curated finishes and furnishings selections. A mood board will visually communicate the design. This package is available for both local and remote clients and is ideal for DIYers or clients that enjoy project managing their own renovation.
In addition to the 90–minute consultation, we will conduct a 1-hour follow up Zoom call to discuss any outstanding issues or questions.
Designer For A Day
The Designer For A Day package is our most versatile one, as you can have a full day’s worth of design expertise at your fingertips!
Have all of your specifications together and need some help making a quick decision? Or are you overhauling the entire scheme and need us to pick it all for you? Need someone to go shopping with? We can cover aspects like furniture, art placement, and accessory selection.
As your Designer For A Day, we will provide guidance for a pre-determined amount of time and assist with parts of a project you feel you need expert guidance on. This could be selecting finishes, creating a layout, or even a walk through with you in a house you would like to buy to uncover the potential.
Please note that rates will vary for residences and properties outside of the Toronto/ GTA Area.
Full Service Renovation
If you love your neighbourhood, why move? A home renovation is an opportunity to change your home and design it to fit your changing needs. Perhaps it lacks storage, has out of date finishes or a frustrating flow. Renovations can be a daunting task, let us help bring your wants and needs to life.
We can work directly with architects, contractors and builders to help plan and implement the layout, order the fixtures, design materials, furnishings and finishes and complete the vision of your renovation project. This is designed for those who are too busy to run around and be a part of the process. Take the stress out of the process and let us manage the renovation of your dream home!
- This package includes a retainer of 10 hours of design service for any room or rooms within your home.
- A 20% deposit is required upon approval of the contract.
